We live in a busy and overstimulated society where most of us no longer take a weekly abstinence from work and often find ourselves exhausted on all levels. Here’s an invitation to take a day for yourself — to disconnect from distraction and reconnect with your quiet wisdom — to rest deeply.
Together we’ll explore yin, restorative, dru, and yoga nidra interspersed with periods of silent meditation in the Vipassana tradition.
