Here’s an invitation to take a day for yourself – to disconnect from distraction and reconnect with your quiet wisdom – to rest deeply. This is a very gentle retreat.
Together we’ll explore yin, restorative, dru, and yoga nidra interspersed with periods of both guided and silent meditation in the Vipassana tradition. There will be space for journal writing and/or collage, and we’ll take time to reflect and share insights.
Suggested donation: $40 – $80; no one turned away for lack of funds.
